As you are no doubt aware we are going into lockdown again on Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December. This means that, unfortunately, it looks like I will be required to close once again. COVID Update Following the government announcement that all close contact businesses must close, I am once again having to close from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December. I very much hope that this period of closure will only last for the next four weeks. Thank you to everyone who has supported me since I reopened in July and I hope to see everyone again in December. ... Take care and stay safe.

Government press conference have just announced the easing of close contact services due tomorrow have been postponed. This means any treatments around the face area cannot be done (facials, brows, lashes, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash lifts, microblading, facial reflexology, indian head massage etc).

Busy, busy day today getting ready for tomorrow. Towels all freshly washed, massage couch fully disinfected, forms printed off and risk assessment finally finished. Just need to bag up towels and couch covers and seal them, to avoid contamination, ready for all my lovely clients tomorrow

In order to be able to reopen in a safe manner, I have put together some guidelines to help keep us safe. 1. You will be asked to fill out a Covid-19 declaration at the start of every appointment. I will message you 24 hours before your appointment to check that you are well and that you are not showing any symptoms. If you are showing symptoms or feeling unwell then you must reschedule your appointment. 2. You must be the only person I have contact with in your household, no... children or partners in the same room and pets must be shut away. 3. Please ensure that the room is well ventilated. Windows will need to be open during each treatment. 4. Massage couch will be thoroughly disinfected immediately before and after every treatment. 5. In order to avoid any cross contamination, I am happy for you to use your own towels if you wish. 6. I will ask you to dispose of used couch roll at the end of your treatment. 7. I will be wearing a face shield/visor during your treatment. This is compulsory as per government guidelines. If you wish to wear a face mask then I am happy for you do so. 8. I will be using hand sanitiser frequently during your appointment. I will use it when exiting my car, before and after setting up the massage couch, before starting your massage and at the end of your massage. 9. I will be asking everyone to complete a new massage consultation form at your next appointment. This is to ensure that all contact details, health issues and medication are all up to date. 10. Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer. Cash will still be accepted but please make sure you have the correct amount, as I will not be carrying any change. Everyone that had an appointment cancelled due to lockdown has now been messaged. I will open up appointments to everyone else tomorrow evening

Following today’s government announcement I can confirm that I will be reopening on Monday 13th July. Priority will be given to everyone that had appointments cancelled due to lockdown. I will message everyone by end of tomorrow at the latest. Until we know what the high risk exclusions are I will not be offering any treatments that are carried out around the face area ie facials and indian head massage. ... Can’t wait to see everyone again!

Well, today’s Government announcement wasn’t what I was hoping for. As it stands only hairdressers are able to open up again from 4th July. Hopefully, if there is no increase in covid-19 after 1m is introduced and pubs and restaurants have reopened then I’ll be able to return to work soon
