All the little things make a huge difference to our wellbeing and we all deserve to feel amazing

As of Thursday i will be closed untill the 2nd December as I'm not an essential buisiness, even though I'd say massage is pretty damn essential , all take care in the mean time and remember to be extra kind to yourself I'll be in touch with anyone thats got an appointment to rearrange for December!
