Lockdowns...probably of the worst things we could’ve ever done.
When you find your why, you’ll know it. That’s what gets you up in the morning, what makes you lose sleep, what you sacrifice for, what you think of first when things aren’t going the way you want them to. The vision you have for your life can only manifest itself with hard work and dedication. There are no short cuts. Nobody will come and save you. If it is to be, it is up to me. Create your plan, wake up and grind. Grind and don’t stop.

What’s more important? Your environment? Or your ability to adapt to your environment? Science would say adaptability is a what health is and that losing your ability to adapt is what unhealthy is. So what’s more important? Your environment (virus)? Or your body’s ability to adapt to the virus and create immunity? Do masks, gloves or sanitizer improve our adaptability? No. However, chronic stress is shown to decrease our ability to adapt changes in our environment. ... That being said, sometimes we want extra protection even if our defenses are up and doing great. My hope is to get people to understand that your body is a lot smarter than you think. You will get Covid-19. You will get COVID-19. Again...you will get COVID-19. When you do, you will either adapt, build antibodies and no longer be contagious...OR...You won’t be able to adapt well and you will die. Counting cases is ridiculous. Tells us nothing about the virulence. Who’s dying? Why are they dying? What can we do to help? These are 3 questions that have been answered since the beginning and this should help guide our action steps, which unfortunately has not at all. Comorbidities that we know are obesity, diabetes, pre-diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiomyopathies, kidney disease and cancer. What helps you helps you adapt? The secret recipe is lifestyle choices. Food, exercise, sleep, stress relieving techniques, chiropractic care, massage, being kind, helping others, loving others, accepting and appreciating differences, praying, meditating, forgiving yourself and others, etc. It’s basic things that make you healthy! This by far gives you your greatest chance of beating anything. If you do get it and you’re having a hard time, you’ll respond way better to treatment and you’ll fight it easier than others who don’t make good choices. Health is simple. We’re the ones who get in the way.

Great marriage advice 1. A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. -Proverbs 15:1 2. Complain (about me) and don’t criticize (about you). Ex: complain is, you said something that hurt me, and I want to tell you how I feel. Criticizing is, you hurt me and I know you’re trying to hurt me back because you do this all the time. ... 3. Listen to your spouse and believe them. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in inequity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believe all things, hopes all things, endures all things. -Corinthians 13:4-7 4. Forgive and let it go.
