So in these strange times us therapists have been asked to close our doors again. At a time when peoples mental health is being challenged. As some of you know I had to make the tough decision to close my actual doors to my clinic back in March. When your work and everything you are passionate about takes a hit, it can and has taken its toll on me personally and professionally. That said I have not given up my work, far from it. I have not only continued through this very tou...gh time but I have read and studied and added more strings to my bow for the benefit of those people I am able to help. I am still available for private consultation on line via teams and I am also now producing room sprays, and aroma blends and flower remedies for stress, grounding, relaxation and calmness. This week is all about reducing stress and increasing positive feelings.
Very true.
So this happened today. I am super excited to now be able to make bespoke aromatherapy blends, combining this with flower remedies to make a truly holistic remedy for someone using my beautiful colour bottles, or perhaps room sprays, Rollerball remedies or oil Blends for self administration. Wow so chuffed that I can add even more to my therapy life.
One of the best ways to lower my stress is spending time with our Peppa and to have her picture drawn by PB Pawtraits is amazing. We love the picture, thank you Rob, you are very talented.
During these strange and uncertain times I have used a combination of flower essences and colour to support myself my family and my clients. So when reading James Clear and his Atomic Habits book he mentions about creating positive Habits. Run 2 week 4 completed (for the second time) my reward was running with my daughter who said this is so good for our Mental health mum absolutely hopefully I am teaching her well.
