The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. In addition to our staff routinely cleaning throughout each day, we have also hired a company that comes in monthly to completely disinfect the entire building with hospital grade disinfectant and antimicrobial coating. This treatment process ensures that all areas of the building are disinfected, antimicrobial coated and germ expert certified allowing us to make sure all areas are clean and safe for everyone.

ITS OFFICIAL! OUR BULVERDE RD AT EVANS LOCATION IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS! To our Oak Haven Family, ... We are thrilled to announce that our Bulverde Road location is now open too! We continue to have a number of precautionary measures for your safety and the safety of our staff and massage therapists: 1. In order to properly screen clients, we will require all clients to answer screening questions either over the phone or online prior to booking. 2. Clients are not required to wear masks during the session but we ask you to wear masks in all common areas (waiting room, hallways and bathrooms). We will have cloth masks on hand if needed. 3. Therapists will completely sanitize the room between clients using a CDC approved disinfectant. 4. We will offer contact less payment options either in the office or by phone. We are currently not accepting cash at this time. 5. There is signage outside instructing clients to text when they arrive, and we are asking clients to wait in their car until their appointment time and we will let them know when the therapist is ready for them via text. 6. We are also staggering appointment times to minimize the number of clients in the building at any one time. 7. We will have reduced hours of 10 am- 6 pm Tuesday - Saturday. We will remain closed on Sunday and Monday, but out Huebner Road location will be open. We will continue to expand those hours as needed. 8. We are asking all clients to sign a Consent to Treat Waiver before their session. If you would like to fill it out now, you can do so at oakhavenmassage.com/waiver We continue to be amazed at the support we have received for you during this time. To our Oak Haven Family, We are thrilled to announce that Governor Abbot has announced that massage therapists are able to reopen to the general public. We have been open for the past two weeks for medically necessary massage and the response has been incredible. We are continuing to update and improve our processes to make sure our environment is as safe as possible for you and our team. As of May 19, we will be able to see all clients, without a medical referral. ... We continue to have a number of precautionary measures for your safety and the safety of our staff and massage therapists: 1. Our thoughts go out to people all over the world who are suffering from the current COVID-19 situation. In accordance with the proclamation set forth by the Governor of Texas late yesterday, Oak Haven Massage will close its operations temporarily effective immediately until at least April 3rd and possibly for the next 30 days. ... This is a very fluid situation, and much is still unknown about how long it will take to decrease the danger of rapid transmission of the virus. We will update you periodically as the situation changes. We will be open for business as soon as public officials and our Governor gives us the all clear signal. To our San Antonio Oak Haven Family, Our greatest wish is for you and your family to be safe and healthy during this very difficult time. Our thoughts go out to people all over the world who are suffering from the current COVID-19 situation. In accordance with the proclamation set forth by the mayor of San Antonio late yesterday, Oak Haven Massage will close its operations temporarily effective immediately.... This is a very fluid situation, and much is still unknown about how long it will take to decrease the danger of rapid transmission of the virus. The mayor’s initial proclamation says we must close for seven days, but it will likely change today to a 30 day time frame. Chiropractors are not under the same regulations as Massage Therapists. As such, Dr. Gifford, the chiropractor associated with Oak Haven Massage, will be available during this time with a limited schedule. You can call to schedule an appointment with him at 210-492-0440. As a family owned and operated business owner with a team of 200 people, this is affecting our entire Oak Haven team. We are working diligently to make sure our team members are taken care of during this time and we have encouraged them to enjoy this time at home spending time with close family members in an effort to do our part to slow and stop the transmission of this virus. We will update you periodically as the situation changes. We will be open for business as soon as public officials and our mayor gives us the all clear signal.
