This is a very basic picture of how I would recommend doing a WEEKLY FACIAL AT HOME but I hope it will help you with designing your own treatments. ... TIP TUESDAY How often should I be exfoliating my face The general rule is to exfoliate regularly but not to over exfoliate. I recommend to do a gentle form of exfoliation once a week.... If you feel like your skin needs a bit more, then you can repeat the process twice a week. I recommend ENZYME exfoliating products (Clarena Luxury Enzymatic Peel available at Beauty by Joanna) or a polish with gentle, spherical scrubbing beads (DermaQuest Algae Polish Scrub available at Beauty by Joanna) But of you don’t have time for weekly exfoliation (although if takes only 5min), there is an alternative - EXFOLIATING TONERS usually based on Aha’s and Bha’a acids.
