I have just finished a maori healing course near Tauranga and reflecting on the genuiness of this amazing teacher . One thing I know in life is that there are f...akes and there are true deep healers and this was very much around tools for you and your family to help your body to heal. We used sticks and pushed our bodies to beyond pain and it worked. My admiration of this gorgeous being is she works like I do. We don't want to muck around - just get on with the work with love, integrity and push just beyond our limits and she gave me permission to do the same. Yes it takes courage, but that courage is more than rewarded. Every woman in the hot pools that night was drawn to our openenss - this is true healing I will be bringing her here to Shunyata soon Have a beautiful Sunday #truehealing#
