The one big, big conversation I have with every client... pressure! . So a lot of people think, the deeper the pressure the better. This statement is very false. Yes pressure is something most enjoy but it can cause more harm then good if not performed and executed properly.... . I myself am a deep tissue therapist. I am strong. Been told that quite a bit. I have clients tell me there’s no way it can be too much. And yes, yes there can be. . Pressure should never be above a 7. It can cause more damage than good.
