We’ve designed all the sessions with staying home in mind . There’s:... One-to-one meditation to wake up, wind down and focus Mindfulness lessons to soothe the mind Personalised fitness classes including strength, stretch and more Physiotherapy from HCPC-registered pros . By booking, you’ll support members of Urban's self-employed practitioner community while they’re unable to visit you at home. 70% of the booking fee will go to your Urban practitioner and 100% of tips, even when you book with a discount. . . Our hearts are with everyone affected by this outbreak, and we’re so grateful for those working in frontline services to keep the nation fed, healthy and safe.
