Hello everyone! We are slowly putting measures in place ready for reopening....still no confirmed date but fingers crossed for a review on July 4th 1. Please arrive on time and outside the premises- I will collect you. 2. Please do not bring anybody to your appointment (unless carer/chaperone/client is under 18). 3. Try not to touch anything when inside the premises... 4. Please wear a mask to your appointment - if you do not have one you can purchase one for 1. 5. Please sanitize your hands on the way in. 6. Your temperature will be taken on the way in. 7. Please do not bring unnecessary items inside - personal items will be placed in a separate box in the treatment room until the end of your appointment. 8. You will be asked to sign a new consent and Covid-19 declaration form. 9. Everything will be disinfected between clients, towels changed etc (we have always done this anyway). 10. Please keep your mask on until you have left the building 11. There will be a one way system operating - in through the front door, out through the back fire exit. 12. I will be wearing PPE throughout your appointment. 13. If you develop ANY symptoms or have been in contact with somebody who has, please contact me to rearrange your appointment - under these circumstances you will not lose your deposit and can be used for a new appointment. 14. Please bring your own towel if possible 15. 15 minute gap will be left between clients to allow time for disinfecting the clinic. Unfortunately this means I can see less clients in one day so opening hours will be changing. I know this list seems endless but we must make sure everybody in the clinic is safe and also ourselves. We hope you will feel comfortable during your future appointments knowing we are doing our best to protect everybody. Please if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.

A polite reminder to please please please check the dates/times of your appointments so that if any changes need to be made these can be done as soon as possible and the appointment can be offered to somebody else I understand some circumstances are unavoidable I have had 13 appointments cancelled/rearranged/not attended this week which as you can imagine can have a huge impact on a small business like mine if the appointment cannot be filled last minute... Afternoon Everyone Due to the impact of coronavirus on my small business this year, the ongoing costs of PPE and increased costs of cleaning equipment there will be a price increase come January 1st 2021. My prices have remained the same throughout the year even though we moved to a bigger premises and made other improvements to the business including the online booking system, text reminders and the rehabilitation software so I feel the time is right. I have now contacted everyone booked in over the next month I apologise to all of you who I am unable to see. I see all my clients as 'essential' but unfortunately I can only treat those who have treatment for a diagnosed medical condition, or a injury that would require them to see a GP/A&E if they were not to see me. These are very difficult times for the business - Please understand that this is not my decision or my rules and I do not wish to offend anybody by cancelling their appointments Hopefully its just for 4 weeks and I can see you all again soon
