Escape the cold this Winter and join me for a month of training and transformation where pristine white sand beaches meet the rainforest in stunning Costa Rica. I have two incredible programs running January 14th - February 14th, 2019. The Epic Academy Yoga Teacher Training and the Restorative Eco Chef Certification. My trainings are all inclusive meaning they include luxury accommodation, three organic plant based meals per day, daily yoga classes, 1:1 coaching, day adventures, training manuals, intensive workshops in many movement techniques, business building, and SO much more. I designed these trainings to include everything I wish I had as a new yoga teacher, nutritionist, and entrepreneur. Both trainings are not for the faint of heart. They are for those that know they are here to make big impact. Those that are ready to completely transcend their old patterns, and want the exact steps to build their dream. Passion and drive are required. Both of these programs are small and intimate so you receive the one on one attention you deserve and need to make huge leaps. The immersion in a new country, environment, and culture is a big part of the journey. There is a BIG reason I don’t produce these trainings in the U.S. Leaving the safety of your comfort zone by leaving the culture that has shaped you to be as you are now is very powerful for gaining perspective so you can grow beyond your limiting beliefs and patterns.
