UPDATE Unfortunately due to the growing spread of covid-19 and the lockdown of Niagara-on-The-Lake, non-essential businesses are closed for an even longer period now that’s undetermined and our doors have to remain shut for now. I am here for all of you my dear clients. I am more than happy to provide home exercises tips and advice to address any pain or discomfort, solace or anything else you might require for some piece of mind at the moment. I will reopen my doors as soon as it is safe to do so, and till that day comes I can’t express my gratitude and love for you all enough for making my days so much brighter. As much as I don't want to ... In the spirit of social distancing and doing my part to slow down the spread of covid-19 I have decided to cancel bookings for the next 3 weeks beginning today. Unless more time to remain isolated is required, I won't be taking bookings again until April 6th. My apologies to those of you who hoped to get in over the next 3 weeks but I trust you will understand and support my decision. Please be kind to our fellow humans in these trying times and... take good care of yourselves. I truly hope to see you back on my table as soon as is possible!
